| A Church for Every People and
the Gospel for Every Person by AD 2000 Strategic Mobilization Task Force |
".a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. And they cried out in a loud voice: Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb." Rev. 7:9-10.
The Strategic Mobilization Task Force (SMTF) has been launched by a group of missions-burdened ministry leaders who have recognized the need to further connect the prayer and powerbase of the local church to ministry within the 10/40 Window. The SMTF complements and brings fresh energy and resources, along with the anointing of the local church, to the tremendous momentum already underway among the unreached. Established as a conduit of ministry, the SMTF brings focus, training, and "connectivity" to the more than 26,000 local churches and millions of individuals that already regularly pray for the unreached peoples of the world.
Provide a direct link for the prayers, talents and resources of the Body of Christ to cutting edge opportunities in the 10/40 Window.
Facilitate breakthrough evangelistic opportunities, called "Harvest Events", and insure effective ongoing follow up, called "Harvest Nets". The SMTF will connect the talents, abilities and synergy of the local church with culturally sensitive and Spirit-led initiatives among unreached peoples in the 10/40 Window.
Impact unreached people through catalyzing:
Maintain a small international office (IO) with eight Regional Centers throughout the 10/40 Window. The Regional Centers are responsible for: West Africa, Middle East/N. Africa, Central Asia, W. Asia, Tibetan-Buddhist world, South Asia, China and N. Korea, and Southeast Asia.

"We believe that God does not want anyone to perish but that everyone come to repentance and that God's authoritative Word details how we might be saved and grow in Him.
"We believe that the Holy Spirit is the master strategist directing us to be innovative in creating ministry openings and to focus resources at the enemy's weakest point.
"We believe biblical and mutually edifying relationships to be the foundation upon which effective ministry is built. We believe that the participation of local believers and churches is crucial to the evangelization of their own people groups.
"We believe that to remove the blindness of people's minds against the gospel, strategic-level spiritual warfare must accompany all evangelistic and church planting efforts.
"We believe in the unity of the Body of Christ and will cooperate with any Christian mission agency, church or body wherever possible to express that oneness.
"We believe that to fulfill the Great Commission all Christians should play a significant role in seeing the Gospel proclaimed and the Kingdom established in the 10/40 Window.
