GCOWE '97 Outreaches

Evangelistic mission outreaches are being organized for any interested delegates. Space is limited to these are on a first come first served basis. There are 5 optional short-term outreaches.

1. Johannesburg, South Africa -- an outreach to the inner city of Johannesburg, South Africa's largest city. You will be working together with a very credible, well-respected and relevant ministry operating in the various fields of work with the poor and needy. You can expect typical inner city type ministry including community work. The length is 5 days and nights. The cost is USD160. The team size will be 20 people.
2. Botswana -- a camping outreach and research trip in the country of Botswana where you will be exposed to the unreached tribes of the Humbukushu and Bayei People. This trip includes a three day trip to Victoria Falls with hotel stay. Restaurant with tribal dancing. Transportation by road, bushplane and boat. Cost is $400 and length is 12 days. The team size is 15 people.
3. Kwazulu, Natal -- South Africa -- a 7-day outreach to the Zulu people in the heart of Zululand. Limited to 10 people. Accommodation in a cultural centre with traditiional beehive huts. Cost on request due to fluctuating air fares.
4. Malawi -- a 7 day outreach to Mangochi Malawi. Accommodation at the Nokopolo camp site on the southern point of the beautiful lake Malawi. Limited to 13 people. ost on request due to fluctuating air fares.
5. Mozambique -- Another outreach is planned for Mozambique. Should you be interested contact the GCOWE 97 office for more details.
