Purpose

The purpose of GCOWE '95 is to encourage continued momentum building toward the fulfillment of the goal of a church for every people and the gospel for every people by the year 2000.

Process

• present as clearly as possible the status of the goal of a church for every people and the gospel for every person by the year 2000. Globally by country, and by region along with contribution of each of the associated resource networks and task forces toward that goal,
• identify the major obstacles to fulfilling the goal in each country, region, and resource network,
• fervent prayer focused on overcoming the obstacles by country, region, resource network and all delegates,
• adjust goals (or set goals if none exist) for each country, region and resource network,
• present the factors that will bear upon whether or not the goals are attained by the year 2000 for each country, region and resource network,
• discuss and pray through the factors that will bear upon whether the goals are attained for each country, region and resource network,
• establish a specific action plan to fulfill the adjusted goals to the year 2000 for each country, region and resource network,
• establish a structure in every country, region and resource network to take primary responsibility to see that the action plans are carried out,
• commission all the key people responsible by country, region and resource network to the task before them.
