Hispanic American Saturation Church Planting Congress will draw a total of 1600 Christian leaders with participants expected from each of the Hispanic American countries. The purpose is to motivate and challenge the evangelical church in Hispanoamerica to establish new churches and to help in the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
