Day 1
4 hours - Special session for consultation leaders only, during the afternoon prior to others' arrival.
2 hours - Welcome dinner with fellowship and relationship building emphasized. Using progressive dinner style, each course of the meal was eaten with a different group of individuals.
1-2 hours - Worship, video of the people, followed by corporate prayer.Day 2
1 hour - Worship and prayer
2 hours - Introductions and reports
½ hour - Prayer for members’ personal needs in small groups
1 hour - Working groups progress reports
10 min.- Review of common vision
½ hour - Corporate prayer – seeking God for His heart and direction for new working groups
1½ hour - Discussion and direction for establishing new working groups
1 hour - Meet in working groups
½ hour - Small groups for personal fellowship and prayer
½ hour - Prayer in working groupsDay 3
1 hour - Worship and prayer
2 ½ hours - Working group session
2 hours - Free time, recreation or visit with others in attendance
1 hour - Working group planning and direction
2 ¼ hour - Working group progress reports and determining direction in large group
¼ hour - Small groups for personal fellowship and prayer

1 hour - Evaluation and planning of next consultation
¾ hour - Prayer, worship and communion
