A DECADE OF SERVICE
AIMS has proven itself
an effective mobilizing partnering ministry for more than a decade.
Since 1990, AIMS has facilitated the planting of over 900 churches.
We have trained more than 13,000 church leaders in other nations to help
them direct their congregations to missions. We have developed alliances
to provide more than three quarters of a million Bibles, plus over 200,000
other books for house churches in China. A total of 25,000 Bibles
have also been provided for Korea. And we have raised over a half
million dollars for partner missions organizations conducting church planting
and related activities since 1991.
Unity in goal and partnership in labor exponentially multiplies
our power
to accomplish God's will and complete the Great Commission!
AIM’s mission is to
build strategic alliances for the nations. With member agencies
and churches, we mobilize, equip, and partner laborers to take the gospel
to the world’s final frontiers – the regions still untouched by
God’s good news. Alliances consist of churches, ministries and organizations
joining together for a common mission and goal with combined resources,
prayer and communication to accomplish that mission.
WHY ARE ALLIANCES STRATEGIC TODAY?
Because there
is tremendous need in the world today:
Over half the world’s
population has never heard the Gospel. Nearly 6,322 ethnic and linguistic
groups have no viable church. About 3,000 linguistic groups do not
have the Scripture in their own language. Physical and social needs
are staggering. Over 15 million people live as refugees. Millions
face death by starvation. Almost one billion live in severe poverty.
The cry for justice rises from nations under oppressive regimes.
Yet, despite the crushing need, only 6 to 10 percent of the Christian missionary force works on the world’s final frontiers, regions dominated by Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, atheistic materialism and native tribal religions. Partnering in strategic Alliances can tremendously impact the peoples within these regions and reverse these statistics!
Because the Time
is Now:
There has been tremendous
contribution from organizations that have gathered information and motivated
Christian organizations to target the Unreached People Groups for the final
harvest. AIMS has partnered with AD2000 & Beyond Movement and
Joshua Project 2000 to assist in forming alliances to target and reach
the peoples of the world, particularly the unreached.
AIMS<> is an organization helping the Church obey the Great Commandment and fulfill the Great Commission by Advancing adoption of unreached people groups and building strategic alliances to target regions and peoples.
